1. ABOUT MYPASSYAPP

MyPassyApp is owned and operated by Passy Empire Ltd.

Throughout these Terms, "MyPassyApp," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Passy Empire Ltd. and the services offered through the MyPassyApp platform.

MyPassyApp provides services including:

• Buying and selling cryptocurrencies
• Gift card trading
• Naira wallet services
• Virtual bank accounts
• Bank transfers
• Data purchases
• Electricity bill payments
• Cable TV bill payments
• Referral programs
• Other services we may introduce from time to time

2. WHO CAN USE MYPASSYAPP

To use our services, you must:

• Be legally permitted to use our services.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.

3. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

To register, you will provide your email address and phone number.

For your security, you will create a password and receive a One-Time Password (OTP) during registration and whenever additional verification is required.

4. IDENTITY VERIFICATION (KYC)

To protect our Platform and comply with applicable laws, we may ask you to provide:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Selfie
• BVN
• One valid government-issued means of identification, such as:
  • NIN
  • Driver's License
  • International Passport
  • Voter's Card

We may request additional information where required to complete your identity verification.

Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information may result in restrictions on your account.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

When using MyPassyApp, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Use the Platform lawfully.
• Protect your account credentials.
• Carefully review transaction details before confirming any transaction.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You must not:

• Use MyPassyApp for fraud or illegal activities.
• Submit false information or fake documents.
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission.
• Launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Abuse promotions or create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

7. TRANSACTIONS

Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible.

It is your responsibility to ensure that wallet addresses, blockchain networks and transaction details are correct before confirming any transaction.

Gift card transactions and successful bill payments are also generally final and cannot usually be reversed.

8. REFUNDS

If a bank transfer fails and the funds are successfully returned to us, any eligible refund will normally be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Completed cryptocurrency transactions, successful gift card transactions and successful bill payments are generally not refundable.

9. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

We may suspend, freeze or close your account if we reasonably believe:

• Fraud has occurred.
• False information has been provided.
• Suspicious activity has been detected.
• Your account has been compromised.
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
• You have breached these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may request additional information before restoring access to your account.

10. SECURITY

We use measures such as:

• Password encryption
• One-Time Password (OTP) verification
• Identity verification
• Fraud monitoring
• Transaction monitoring
• Manual transaction reviews
• Account protection measures

You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP confidential. Never share them with anyone.

11. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

We aim to keep MyPassyApp available at all times. However, maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally interrupt our services.

12. PRIVACY

Your use of MyPassyApp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make significant changes, we will update the Last Updated date and publish the latest version on our Platform.

Your continued use of MyPassyApp after any changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If a dispute arises, we encourage both parties to first try to resolve it through discussion and mutual agreement. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be referred to a courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
